Book your visit online or by phone and describe any symptoms you’ve noticed—like vibrations, nose-diving when braking, or an unusually bumpy ride.
Our technicians perform a thorough inspection of your shocks, struts, and rotors, checking for leaks, wear, warping, or damage that can impact performance.
You’ll receive a detailed digital report via text or email with images, videos, and transparent pricing for any needed parts or services.
We walk you through the inspection findings and help you decide what’s needed now vs. what can wait. Approvals can be done on the spot or online.
We use OEM-grade parts and follow precise manufacturer specs for installation, ensuring your ride quality and safety are fully restored.
After completing the service, we test your vehicle to confirm improved handling, braking, and overall comfort before returning it to you.
Shocks and struts wear out over time, leading to excessive bouncing, poor handling, and uneven tire wear. Rotors can become warped or worn thin, resulting in squeaking, pulsing, or vibration during braking. These problems not only reduce comfort but can compromise safety if left unaddressed. Regular inspection and timely replacement keep your vehicle stable, responsive, and secure.
Common indicators include a pulsing brake pedal, brake squeal or vibration, uneven tire wear, rough ride or bouncing after hitting bumps, and visible leakage or wear on shocks and struts.
Shocks control vertical motion of the vehicle, while struts combine shock and structural support functions. Many modern cars use struts in the front suspension and shocks in the rear. WrenchWorks services both types.
We recommend inspecting suspension components and brake rotors every 30,000 – 40,000 miles, or sooner if you notice symptoms like pulling, noise, or degraded ride comfort.
If rotors are warped but within thickness specs, we can resurface them safely. If they’re too thin or severely damaged, we recommend a full replacement with new OEM‑quality or aftermarket rotors.
Most rotor resurfacing and brake inspections take about 1–2 hours. Replacing shocks or struts usually takes 2–4 hours, depending on your vehicle. Our ASE-certified team will provide a clear timeline before starting any work.
